Television productions range from Newscasts and Sportscasts to Fiction Shows (comedies and dramas). These shows use three cameras and are switched from our control room.

Our control features video switcher, audio mixing board, computer graphics and teleprompter.

Film-style (single camera) productions include short films, news packages, documentaries and more. After you shoot your shows, you have to edit them using Final Cut Pro- the same software used at WUTR, WFXV and WPNY.

Broadcast students write the news and sports stories we broadcast. They propose, script and storyboard their own shows before shooting and editing them.
