Booking and Re-booking

Materials in the CIS Media Library are available for loan to teachers in Madison-Oneida BOCES member school districts.*  With proper use, these materials can enrich the learning process, explain selected teaching points effectively, broaden understanding, and increase retention.  The teacher in any classroom is ultimately responsible for determining the appropriateness of materials for their learning situations.  The borrowing teacher is responsible for returning the materials on time and in good condition. For delivery to be possible, a request must be entered online or received at CIS at least two days before your use date.  Teachers may enter their booking requests online up to a year in advance.  It is suggested that seasonal titles be requested early due to high demand.

There are several ways to place an order for CIS materials:

#1 - On the web at
media.moric.org/mom/  (the best method!)
#2 - Written CIS Material Request Forms (if you do not have web access)

Step by step instructions are available through the links below.  You will need to know your client number and password to place an order.  See your CIS Building Contact if you do not know your client number.
