	Students will be knowledgeable about the world of work, explore career options, and relate personal skills, aptitudes, and abilities to future career decisions.

	Students complete the development of a career plan that will permit eventual entry into a chosen career	17. Use the electronic catalog to locate material	Seniors will work with teacher and librarian to research career, prepare a written report, and arrange for one-week internship at a location where they will be able to experience the career first-hand.

Standard 2 - Integrated Learning (CDOS2)

This approach allows students to see the usefulness of the concepts that they are being asked to learn and to understand their potential application in the world of work.
