    The Madison-Oneida School Library System supports the NOVEL-Ready Electronic Doorway Library concept by providing members: 
    • Internet access to the C.I.D.E.R. catalog. 
    • Use of the C.I.D.E.R. database for circulation and improved interlibrary loan.
    • Subscriptions to commercial reference resources on the Internet. 
    • Technical support for access to commercial reference resources on the Internet.
    • Provision of a Community Resource File and other value-added information resources.
