• How can I register for a class?

You can call any site, walk-in or go online at www.moboces.org and click on register for classes.  You can also fax in your registration to 315-361-5810 or 315-334-8021 or 315-793-8646.
    • How do I pay for a class?

BOCES accepts Cash, Visa/MasterCard, check or money order or a company's purchase order payable to Madison-Oneida BOCES.
    • If a class is being held in Verona, can I call Rome and register for that class?

Certainly, you can call any site and get enrolled, answers to your questions, and other information regardless of where the class is being held.
    • What does it mean to be on a waiting list?

If you register for a class and the class is full, you are put on a waiting list.  If someone cancels or does not show up for the class, the next one in line on the waiting list is called.  If enough people are on a waiting list, a decision may be made to open a new class.
    • The class I signed up for was canceled. How do I get a refund?

Once a class is canceled, BOCES will notify you to see if you want a refund or transfer to a different class.  If a refund is desired, it takes about seven to ten days for your credit card to be credited or a refund to reach you.
    • What if I withdraw from a class?

There are different course specific guidelines for what happens when you withdraw from a class. In order to see the specific guidelines for your class, please see our Fine Print Page.
    • Is there a Senior Citizen discount?

Seniors, age 62 and older are eligible to receive a 10% discount on most courses offered through the BOCES Consortium of Continuing Education.  Some restrictions may apply.  Please ask upon registration.
    • How can I find out who the instructor is and where the class is being held?

Call the site where the class is being held and they will be able to assist you.
