Duties: Responsible for providing support in areas such as installation, repair, and general technical trouble shooting as needed on equipment including computers, laptops, servers, peripheral devices, etc. Experience in imaging is preferred. Experience in Active Directory is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Possess the ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources, work with all levels of IT staff inside and outside the organization and to think through problems and visualize solutions. Other related duties as assigned. Travel required. Civil Service position subject to exam.
