Duties: Provide classroom assistance to teachers in an alternative and/or special education setting for students with disabilities and students who have difficulty managing behavior in a typical school. Participate in school efforts to improve school climate.
Qualifications: Must possess or qualify for Teaching Assistant License. Experience working with students with behavioral difficulties. Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training preferred.
Location of Position: Elementary Intense Management Needs Program, Campus
Term of Employment: Full time- 10 month
Salary: Contingent upon education and experience and according to the Madison-Oneida BOCES Teacher/Teaching Assistant Contract.
