2018-2019 Pre-K Registration Information
To start the registration process, please visit the Oneida CSD website at www.oneidacsd.org > Departments > Student Registration > FamilyID Registration Portal.

Both the online and paper applications must be complete for enrollment in the program.
NEW** All applicants must also fill out the Emergent Multilingual Learners Language Profile to be handed in at registration.

* Pre-Kindergarten Program for 3-three year olds
The Madison Oneida BOCES currently provides Targeted Pre-k and Universal Pre-k programs for the Oneida School district for eligible three and four year old.
Please call the Madison-Oneida BOCES Early Childhood office at 361-5903 for further information or to get an application.
***In the event that the 4-year-old enrollment remains low, we will consider accepting three year olds under the Targeted Pre-K program. Please call our office with the name and date of birth of your child if you are interested in being placed on a 3-year-old, parent transport program list.
*Parents will be responsible for 3 year old transportation throughout the 2018-2019 school year.
As always, if we receive more four year old applications, we must enroll four year olds first.
