RSE-TASC

The Central RSE-TASC Regional Professional Development Specialists work with the four BOCES in our JMT:

~ Jefferson-Lewis-Hamilton-Herkimer-Oneida BOCES
~ Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES

~ Madison-Oneida BOCES

The role of the Regional Special Education Technical Support Centers (RSE-TASC) is to support districts in school improvement activities in areas most directly relating to instruction such as literacy, behavioral supports and services, and quality delivery of special education services.

Regional RSE-TASC programs were established in June 2001 to support the State Education Department (SED)/Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID) initiatives and address the need for ongoing information dissemination and training on a regional basis.
