Prospective students and their parents attended the annual Spring Open House event on March 8 to learn about high school and continuing education opportunities available to them.
Participants were able to see class
demonstrations, meet current students, talk with teachers and college
representatives, learn about the CTE enrollment process and tour the facility.
High school juniors and seniors met with representatives of more than a
dozen colleges, technical programs and military branches.
In addition, the BOCES Consortium of Continuing Education (BCCE) showcased adult and continuing education offerings available to area adults, including
literacy courses, community education classes and professional and trade
certification programs available at five community-based campuses.
