A Message from the Board President & District Superintendent

The origins of BOCES are rooted in a desire to share and strengthen relationships, and those pillars have been at the core of our mission for more than five decades. The benefits of that work have been especially evident over the past year, as we faced policy changes, financial uncertainties, leadership transitions, technological demands, programming shifts, and natural disasters.

As you look through the 2024-25 Annual Report of the Madison-Oneida Board of Cooperative Educational Services, we hope it becomes evident that the achievements highlighted here – and those happening in your own districts – are the result of our shared commitment to putting students at the center of our work. The continual collaboration that our region demonstrates is a model for other regions, and a recognition that what affects some of us truly affects all of us.

Our regional partnerships are about more than shared services. They reflect a shared purpose to build on our strengths, support our neighbors, and increase our collective opportunities. Thank you for standing with us in this pursuit.
