Duties:  Academic Integration Science Specialist will work collaboratively with Career and Technical Education instructors to plan, deliver and assess student learning activities in relation to Science. Specialist will ensure that all NYS approved CTE curriculum integrates contextualized academic content that meets the NYSED standards in Science. Candidate must be flexible, creative and willing to teach and/or co-teach, assist CTE instructional staff with differentiation of instruction, collaborate in assessing student work, be open to providing CTE staff with professional development on creative Science integration, and meet consistently with CTE instructors to plan the integration of Science into lessons.

Qualifications:  New York State Education Department teacher certification or eligible for certification in Science 7-12. Living Environment experience preferred.

Location of Position:  Rossetti Education Center, Madison-Oneida BOCES

Term of Employment:  10-month position

Salary:  Contingent upon experience and education according to Teacher’s Contract.

Starting Date:  September 1, 2025
