Duties:  Provide classroom assistance to teachers in an special education setting for students with disabilities. Participate in school efforts to improve school climate, assist with various office-based tasks, student attendance, family/component school communications, classroom coverage, student crisis support and participation in school wide events.

Qualifications:  Must possess or qualify for Teaching Assistant License. Experience working with students with behavioral difficulties.  Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training preferred.

Location of Position:  Middle Level IMN Program, Campus – Verona

Term of Employment:   Full time – 10 month

Salary:  Contingent upon education and experience and according to the Madison-Oneida BOCES Teacher/Teaching Assistant Contract.

Starting Date:  ASAP/ Spring 2025
