Duties:  Provides instruction to secondary students enrolled in the Sports Management & Entertainment Marketing.  Responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing student learning activities related to business aspects of sports management, recreation, and sports entertainment.  Including sports research, talent recruitment, broadcasting, sports law, marketing etc. Must have solid content/standards knowledge and experience teaching in the secondary level.

Qualifications:  Certified Business Teacher or three years’ experience in the Sports Management Field

Location of Position:  Canastota High School

Term of Employment:  Part-time -10-month position (Mornings Only 7:50 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)

Salary:  Contingent upon experience and education according to Teachers’ Contract.

Starting Date:  September 2025
