Duties: Issue purchase orders, type letters, assist with mail distribution and logistics, post attendance records updates, run reports and manage data entry in computer databases. Serve as the front-end receptionist for the District Offices Building, or BOCES Consortium of Continuing Education, OHM Location. Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Associate Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Office Technologies, Word Processing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or a related field OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two (2) years of clerical experience involving typing. Strong attention to detail is required. Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Must have the ability to manage and tack multiple projects simultaneously.

Term of Employment: 12 Month Position

Salary: Based on the CSEA contract commensurate with background and experience
