Duties:  Types letters, reports and other materials on a personal computer.  Must be able to work proficiently in Word, Access, Excel, Google.  Work in computer databases required.  Answers telephone.  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  Possession of Associate’s Degree in secretarial science, office management, office technologies, word processing, business administration, business management, communications, or a related field; OR Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND two (2) years of experience in the performance of office and clerical tasks.

Location of Position:  Madison-Oneida BOCES, TriPlexus Building, Spring Road, Verona NY

Term of Employment:  12 Month Position

Salary:  Based on the contract, depending on background and experience

Starting Date:  Immediately
