Duties:  The Special Education Teacher is responsible for the instruction of Grades 7-9 core content classes within a self-contained special education setting, as well as all of the activities to support the special education program as outlined by the program director.

Qualifications:  New York State Middle Level Special Education Teacher Certification, Certified or Highly Qualified in English and one additional content area (Math, Science, Social Studies)

Location of Position:  Verona, NY

Term of Employment: Full Time - 10 Month

Salary:  $65,913 (Starting salary is based on the minimum step of the Madison-Oneida BOCES Teachers’ Contract. Salary may increase based on verified education and prior experience in accordance with the contract.)
