School Nurse (RN Preferred)

Duties:  The School Nurse performs professional nursing duties involving  hands-on patient care in connection with school community.  May also provide consultation and in-service education to staff.  Writes reports or does necessary office work for assigned students. Includes travel to different MOBCES programs.

Qualifications:  Registered Professional Nurse preferred, active unencumbered NYS registered nursing license required, BLS/CPR certification required, experience in a school health office setting preferred but not required.

Location of Position:  Verona, NY

Term of Employment:  10 Month Position

Salary:  $34,658 (Starting salary is based on the minimum step of the Madison-Oneida BOCES Teachers’ Contract. Salary may increase based on verified education and prior experience in accordance with the contract.)
