Duties: To provide instruction to secondary students in Career and Technical Education in the Electrical and HVAC trades. Experience in Residential Electricity and/or Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning required. Candidates should have a strong research record in fields applicable to renewable energy, such as power systems, power electronics, machine learning, optimization, electronic communication, user-interface design, weather, modeling, regulatory design, or market mechanism design, among others. Candidates with cross disciplinary strengths in areas related to renewable energy are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications: New York State Certification in Vocational-Technical Education or eligibility for transitional certification with high school diploma and four years full time experience in the trade area.

Location of Position: SUNY Morrisville/ Madison-Oneida BOCES Verona, NY

Term of Employment: Full Time- 10-month position

Salary: Contingent upon experience and education according to Teacher’s Contract
