Shared Business Administrator (DMS 321)

Labor Relations and Board Policy Development (DMS 603)
The Labor Relations and Policy Office provides services to approximately 35 school districts in Madison, Oneida and Herkimer counties.

Substitute Calling Service (DMS 617)
Participating school district teachers can call a 24-hour voicemail system to report absences. Substitute calling service staff members begin their day at 5:30 a.m. on weekdays to fill requests for substitute teachers. Participating districts receive daily reports of teacher absences and substitute teachers used, along with weekly listings of subs called.

Online Application System (DMS 628.49)
This service provides centralized coordination of educational vacancy postings on a web-based online application system through a cross-contract with the Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES. Applicants apply for vacancies online, and the application system allows quick and comprehensive review of applications already in the database from participating districts when vacancies occur. The service includes placement of classification advertisements in local, regional and national newspapers. This service helps schools to recruit the very best educational candidates possible in a competitive candidate market.

School Food Management (DMS 640)
A professional food service administrative team supervises the staffing, budgeting and menu development of school lunch programs while working within the federal and state guidelines to provide nutritious meals to students.
